Overview

To serve as desktop technician responsible for deployment and technical desktop solutions to PC, laptop, and peripheral end-users, to assist remote workers with technology needs, to provide audiovisual support during onsite meetings, and to recommend innovative Information Systems best practices as envisaged by the Society’s Strategic Plan and goals of the department

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Help Desk staff for desktop deployment services
  • Diagnose and resolve PC and laptop configuration, network connectivity, printer, mobile and VOIP telephones, and wireless device issues
  • Create desktop benchmarks
  • Monitor and manage Help Desk ticket system
  • Coordinate IT software inventory and IT Asset Management
  • Conduct IT orientation sessions for new employees

Qualifications

1+ years of experience

 

No clearance required. Must be a US Citizen
