  • Responsible for all contract related duties for multiple business units and assists with various functions in other areas of operations as they relate to contracts.  Apply contract knowledge, including FAR/DFAR, to remain compliant with government contracts and keep subcontracts in compliance.


  • Contract/subcontract creation, analysis, negotiation and management
  • RFP management
  • NDA/Teaming agreement creation, analysis, negotiation and management
  • Summarize contract issues, research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks, and formulate recommendations
  • Managed Services/MSA creation and management
  • Act as the primary interface with customers during contract negotiations and contract performance
  • Act as a key player in solving problems, developing solutions, and assisting the business to achieve financial and performance goals and objectives
  • Develops and maintains both revenue recognition and management Estimates At Completion (EACs)
  • Establishes and maintains project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years government contracting experience
  • Experience with both government entities and subcontracts
  • experience with, various types of agreements and contracts both Government and Commercial (e.g. Cost Reimbursement, Firm Fixed Price and T&M type contracts, IDIQs, NDA’s, SOWs, TA’s, other commercial agreements etc.)
  • Experience with proposal process and proposal pricing
  • Understanding of proposal cost structures, material estimates, development costs, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions for accuracy and completeness
  • Familiarity with GSA schedule and other schedules
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytic ability
  • Superior organizational skills
  • CFCM, CPCM or equivalent certification
