  • Overview

    PI to provide collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills supporting Enterprise Mobility requirements. The individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities and schedules, communicating with the Sponsor and Sponsor partners, and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders. The individual will work closely with staff PM and actively coordinate with Sponsors key partners.

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory Skills:
    1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience managing complex projects by maintaining and tracking schedule milestones and action items to ensure successful completion

    2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in coordinating project documentation and documenting meeting minutes

    3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with creating project roadmaps to easily depict quick wins, short term activities, and long term activities
    Optional Skills:
    1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with coordinating with Sponsor senior level management to get results from key partners

    2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with support Sponsor PM in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)

    3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with business analysis and defining/instituting process changes

    4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in transforming organizational culture

    5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting communication skills (verbal and written)

    6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting excellent customer relationship skills

    7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting critical thinking by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

    Qualifications

    A TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
