  • Overview

    • Minimum of 14 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
    • BS in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
      • 4 years of additional experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for BS


    • Demonstrated experience developing general processor specifications in the SLEIGH modeling language
    • Demonstrated experience developing software analysis plug-in extensions for reverse engineering tools
    • Demonstrated experience developing and/or re-building (to include configuring and extending) new or existing cross-compiler tool chains for embedded microprocessors (e.g. GCC, LLVM)
    • Demonstrated experience performing embedded systems reverse engineering
    • Demonstrated experience with embedded software development
    • Demonstrated experience programming at the binary level (assembly) to include experience with ARM, PowerPC, and/or x86 microprocessor architectures
    • Demonstrated experience with instruction set architectures, instruction decoding, and instruction set semantics using an RTL used in compiler toolchain development



    • Within the last fourteen (14) years, a minimum of seven (7) years software development experience with Java and two of the following languages: C and/or C++
    • Strong demonstrated experience specifically in java software development
    • Within the last fourteen (14) years, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience developing software in LINUX/UNIX/BSD environments
    • Demonstrated experience with low level software development processes to include coding, compilation, assembly level programming, software linking, and developing automated builds
    • Demonstrated programming experience in Python
    • Demonstrated experience with the Eclipse development environment either JDT or CDT
    • Demonstrated experience using debuggers and emulators at the assembly level
